JD Notes
JD Notes is the 2° product in the story of the Jecko Development group and it has been a software that is changed very much every version.
The release 1.0 and 1.5 of JD Notes had a very simple and empty user interface and it had some bugs opening and saving files, because the source code was not perfect, we used C++ programming language at those times.
When we published JD Notes 2.0, on august 2008, we started a new period of software production for Jecko Development, with the use of VB.NET and Visual C++ programming languages. The new release of the software had an user interface very nice and colours were brilliant.
JD Notes 2.5 Worldwide Edition had also the Microsoft Office Fluent 2007 User Interface.
JD Notes 3.0 very improved had the MS Fluent 2007 GUI too.
JD Notes 4.0 is now another "milestone" in the story of the product, because it can now work with the Rich Text Format, it can save and open file in RTF file format and in the new JDN (JD Notes Document) file format, that can now contain information about text-formatting. The new version of JD Notes allow user to select font, dimensions and styles, like bold, italic and underlined.
What is JD Notes?
JD Notes is a very simple software that allow user to write text documents with advanced formatting. The software can produce file compatible with all rich text enabled editors, in fact user can select the file format while saving.
Jecko Development created also a default file format for JD Notes, called JDN, with ending ".jdn", with a specific icon file.
